Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Since 2014, Josh Barrington has been registered with the Behavior Analysts Certification Board (BACB) with Master's Degrees in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Analysis/Business Data Analysis. His education focused heavily on childhood behavioral and language development. He has provided in-home services such as training compliance and verbal behavior for those diagnosed with mental and developmental disorders.
Josh has worked with multiple ABA consulting companies in the United States since 2007 in various roles serving children with a wide range of behavioral and developmental needs. He has also specialized in "Wrap-Around" home and community programs transferring skills to teachers, families, and employers for over 10 years. He has designed specialty ABA replacement skill and de-escalation programs for at-risk students in both treatment facilities and home care for the purpose of providing safety and behavioral reconditioning so students can safely function in their natural environments.
Josh's primary goals include helping children through the science of ABA and developing ABA organizations here in Riyadh. He is passionate about providing in-home consultation to help families learn, training RBTs, and supporting the growth of ABA companies through training and partnership.

Mashael AlZamil
Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Mashael is a licensed psychologist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She hold a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University, CA, United States. She completed the curriculum pursuant to Certification as a Behavior Analyst from University of Nevada, Reno.
She has experience working on center and home based intervention with children with ADHD, ASD and other developmental delay disorders. she has experience for using ABLLS and VB-MAPP assessment.
She has two published research on the ABA and ASD field in cooperation with King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre and University of Nevada, Reno.

Razan fahad
QASP-S, Registered Behavior Therapist
Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board, Razan became the first Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In addition to graduating with honors from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, she has extensive experience working at Barrington Behavioral Health as a clinical supervisor. She is a compassionate therapist using her strong data analysis skills, creativity, training, and assessment skills to serve clients and their families by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adults with behavioral disorders.
