Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Since 2014, Josh Barrington has been registered with the Behavior Analysts Certification Board (BACB) with Master's Degrees in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Analysis/Business Data Analysis. His education focused heavily on childhood behavioral and language development. He has provided in-home services such as training compliance and verbal behavior for those diagnosed with mental and developmental disorders.
Josh has worked with multiple ABA consulting companies in the United States since 2007 in various roles serving children with a wide range of behavioral and developmental needs. He has also specialized in "Wrap-Around" home and community programs transferring skills to teachers, families, and employers for over 10 years. He has designed specialty ABA replacement skill and de-escalation programs for at-risk students in both treatment facilities and home care for the purpose of providing safety and behavioral reconditioning so students can safely function in their natural environments.
Josh's primary goals include helping children through the science of ABA and developing ABA organizations here in Riyadh. He is passionate about providing in-home consultation to help families learn, training RBTs, and supporting the growth of ABA companies through training and partnership.
HEBAH ALI ALSAWADI
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Hebah has a masters in behavior analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is an experienced BCBA who is committed to assisting clients and students with developmental delays and challenging behavior to improving their verbal skills and achieving academic and social success both in school and clinical settings. She has worked in various educational settings and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that students, teachers, therapists, and other school and clinic staff face daily.
QASP-S, Registered Behavior Therapist
Razan became the first QASP-S in Saudi Arabia, With extensive experience as a clinical supervisor, she is committed to supporting clients with a wide range of challenges, including aggression, self-injurious behaviors, speech delay, deficits in social skills, and more.
Her expertise includes conducting comprehensive assessments such as VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, FBA, and creating individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change.
With a bachelor degree in Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology, Waad is experienced working with clients of all ages. She can help clients with everything from swallowing difficulties to speech impediments. Waad has a passion for working with patients in all settings. She believes that helping her clients find their voice is the best way to allow them to engage in society.
A compassionate licensed bilingual speech and language pathologist, Ruba has a bachelor degree in applied medical science, speech and hearing rehabilitation from King Saud University. She has worked with verbal and non-verbal clients helping them develop their expressive language and other non verbal communication skills. Ruba is experienced in working with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Majd has a masters degree in Mental health counseling from Long Island University. She has many years of experience working with children of all ages and their families. Majd is a professional, compassionate psychologist who is fluent in both English and Arabic. Majd has a passion for ongoing education and keeping up to date with the latest research.
